The city’s largest and most family-friendly St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The event in the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District will feature free activities for kids including armadillo races, face painting, live Irish music, gunfights, cowboy poetry and more. We also feature a Western/Irish themed Cowtown Goes Green parade that follows the 4pm cattle drive. All activities are free of charge and are open to the public.

11 am - Sponsor Activation Begins

11:30 am - Fort Worth Herd Cattle Drive

11:45 am - Legends of Texas Old West Gunfight Show at Stockyards Station

12 pm - 3 pm 5 Second Rule Live Celtic Band at the Livestock Exchange Building

12 pm - 4 pm - Dummy Roping, Armadillo Races, Face Painting, Photos with Mahindra, Stilt Walker

1:30 pm-2:30 pm - Behind the Scenes with the Fort Worth Herd

1 pm - 4pm - Live Music at Chief Records inside Stockyards Station

3 pm - 4 pm - Cowtown Opry Live at the Livestock Exchange Building

2:30 pm - Pawnee Bills Wild West Show at the Cowtown Coliseum (admission required)

4 pm - Fort Worth Herd Cattle Drive

4:15 pm - Cowtown Goes Green Parade

4:30 pm - Legends of Texas Old West Gunfight Show

4:30 pm - Pawnee Bills Wild West Show (admission required)

5 pm - 8 pm - Live Music at the Water Stage

8 pm - Stockyards Championship Rodeo (admission required)

10 pm - Neal McCoy at Billy Bobs Texas (admission required)

Other activities include visiting the Texas Cowboy Hall of Fame, Stockyards Museum, Military Museum, shopping and dining!
